App "Unavailable"?!

I bought this for my children for Christmas and also purchased a "compatible" 2nd Generation Amazon Fire Stick. After all of that, it says that the app is unavailable which makes no sense at all. Seeing other reviews, it sends seems very sad that Fisher Price has not resolved this issue, as I am not the only parent struggling with this. Expensive toy for it not to be accessible, despite having the "compatible" device. Please, can a representative reach out for support!

Do not buy!!

We have gone through 2 of these and they both had the same issue within one day of having it - the joystick and the handle bars stop working. Very expensive toy for a defective product (and a very disappointed little girl!)

Such a fun toy!

I got it for my 4yo nephew and it was the HIT at his birthday! All his friends wanted to take turns on it too and I felt like a really cool uncle haha. Also he's active and pedaling the whole time he's playing and the games are really fun and have an educational component, which I appreciate. He lives in a condo and can't ride his bike outside so I thought this would be a good alternative. I was right!
IMPORTANT NOTE: connecting to the ipad is actually very easy! Just download the smart cycle app and it connects automatically. I initially tried connecting through ipad settings, but that's not how it works. Highly recommend this toy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A friend gave this smart cycle as a gift for when my grandson visits. The hardware list of compatible devices includes my Samsung Note 8 (Android 9), but the play store won't let me download it because it says I don't have a compatible device. Then I borrowed my wifes tablet which seemed to work, but the cheap holding clamp constantly turned off the sound volume as my grandson pedals because the bike bounces the tablet. I would expect they will quit selling it soon because the word will spread about the poor design and the family unfriendly game pricing. No doubt those sales numbers are already trending down.

Doesn’t work after two weeks

We (Santa) bought this for my 3 year old son. He was SO excited. It was easy to put together and download the app. But after two weeks the pedals no longer works to move the character in the app. The handle bars work and it’s sync to the game. I will be contacting for a replacement as my so. Is beyond frustrated.

Favorite Toy

We bought this initially for our son with special needs as he is dependent on technology and needs to work on keeping his head up and moving his legs- it was a total win. Our youngest also absolutely loves pedaling and playing the games- definitely helped us survive the many cold and snowy days this winter! It was so great for our oldest that we bought a 2nd for our parents house. He’s outgrowing it and we will be devastated when he does as he uses it every day and in therapy!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Handlebars light up but don’t steer

By step and my son went to ride it and the handlebars light up but don’t work. All else works on it but seems to be the big issue with this product based on other reviews. Also the hidden fees with the so called “free” apps asking for $7 for other games is just ridiculous when you pay for a toy that costs this much and doesn’t work if the handlebars don’t work. What a shame. We are very disappointed.
