battery is weak despite being new

battery is weak, requires very frequent charging and is frustrating when you are half way brushing. No battery indication level whatsoever.

I love my new rechargeable toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never tried any electric toothbrushes before, and I don’t have any real expectations from it. Well, I’m super excited to have an opportunity to try the Oral-B Vitality Rechargeable Toothbrush, and let me tell you how much I regretted for not getting one earlier. This rechargeable toothbrush with FlossAction trademark has changed the way how I brush my teeth every single day and night.
The toothbrush feels so comfortable with easy to use one button on and off feature. The round brush head is fully equipped with MicroPulse Brittles and FlossAction combination to help deeply clean between teeth in order to remove foods, plaque more effective than manual toothbrush. This toothbrush helps clean, polish and floss the teeth using the built in timer so you don’t over brushing your teeth like I used to. The brush head works perfectly well as it cleans the teeth at the same time massaging the gum, stimulates the blood circulation to promote a healthy gum line.
Ever since I started using this Oral-B Vitality Rechargeable Toothbrush, my teeth look a lot brighter, clean and healthier gum line. I truly loved my new toothbrush and would recommend this without any hesitation. Thanks!

The bristles are so hard I can hardly use this brush. I'm very dissatisfied with this product. I feel I wasted my money.

It may be useful to know that bristles can feel stiff/hard at first, but they'll soften over time, as you continue brushing with us. If you're still not getting a comfortable clean, we recommend replacing your current brush head with our Sensitive Gum Care Head, as all of our electric/rechargeable handles are compatible with all of our electric/rechargeable heads. Not Convinced to Buy It

3.2 stars out of 5 is not good. Wondering if there is manufacture's defect. Very surprised to read how it won't turn on, has weak power, switch assembly failure, etc. I have been using Oral B for the last 10 years and now I'm not sure I can trust them to make a good electric toothbrush based on the 3.2 stars given to this model. I can't afford the higher priced models you have.

HOW TO CHARGE

Had this for several months and when the charge is gone, the brush stops in mid use. Can the product be left on the charging unit? FYI, we recently bought your model "PRO 5000-5550" and the instructions say "overcharging is impossible." Can I assume the same applies to my brush?

I love the way this toothbrush cleans my teeth, very easy to use. The only thing is , it used to come on different colors. Please bring the colors back again!

I find it to be hard. I had to return it back to the store. OMG! the packaging was so hard to open also, even with scissors.

The toothbrush is not buzzing or doing anything to indicate the 30 secs or 2 minute minder for recommended brushing. Do I have to do something? Am I doing something wrong? Thank you
