Best electric razor I've ever used!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used several electric razors in the past (two-headed foil guard and three circle headed electric razors) and always hated them. They would always irritate my face and sensitive skin and more often than not snag and rip the hair instead of cutting it. This completely put me off of electric razors until I tried this Braun Series 5.
Upon opening it I was worried it would be the same as all the other razors I tried but was rather happy to see that I could adjust the head of the razor as well as seeing a pop-up trimmer on the back. After charging it, I decided to try it out and was completely surprised. It gave me a very close shave that is comparable to but can only be beat by a manual razor. It got my cheeks extremely smooth to the point where I can’t even feel the hair follicles. I then tried it out on my neck. Maybe my hair grows differently from others but it got the hair down close to the skin but did not shave it down as close as on my cheeks. I was still happy with the result and it extends the time I can go without using a manual razor to shave my neck.
After using the main razor portion I decided to try out the trimmer and use it to trim my beard. It worked great at helping me shape my beard and get clean lines. While it didn’t help to trim my beard down to the exact length that I get with my beard specific trimmer, it helped me get clean cut lines. I only used these functions under the dry condition and am not certain about how it works when wet but I assume it will work great then too.
Cleaning it was very easy too as the head comes off with a press of two buttons on the side. After cleaning it I put it away in the bag that it came with to store all the parts of it together.
Overall, this is my favorite electric razor around as it shaves close to the skin, doesn’t snag or irritate your skin, has a great trimmer for getting clean cut lines, and feels comfortable in my hand. I will start using this whenever I travel and in my shaving routine at home as I will have to supplement it with an occasional use of a manual razor for a smoother shave on my neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third Braun I have owned. What I like is every time a new one is released, it only gets better. I am bald but have hair that grows, and using a plain old razor just does not cut it. The day I got this, my head actually needed to be trimmed. I like it so it feels like nothing is there; just my scalp. I played around with it first, made sure it was charged, and started shaving. It now moves somewhat left and right, but there is a small slip-upward razor attached which helped tremendously. When I was done, my head wasn't 100% like a baby's butt, but very close. The charging now is lit up, so you know how much battery is left, which is a good add on. It also charges extremely fast. Then, I needed to trim my beard and sides. I used a #1 attachment which come with the shaver, and in a matter of less than a minute, my sides and beard were perfectly even. The foil top is almost similar to the prior one, but the good part is that it moves left and right. It comes with a handy carrying case, the #1 attachment, charger for a normal electrical outlet, a small brush and of course the razor. I believe Braun continuously innovates and find this razor to be great! It also has a cover for the foil area to protect it. It works great for me, and would be an awesome gift or something for any man. Another plus is that it works wet or dry. When will you try?

Smooth razor

Testing out The Braun Series 5 shaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I decided to get this shaver and test it out I tested it out dry run and I think he cut pretty well no problems when you would expect from a shaver not a razor blade very quick and easy . No tugging on the hair when it's getting removed it was a really good shave I recommend this shaver if you would like to get your self one https://us.braun.com/en-us . Next will be a wet run.

I have even lathered up with shave gel to shave in the shower. So easy to clean afterwards. Having used a Braun electric razor for years it was a no brainer to get another. This will be my new daily razor. I would recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free razor.

Excellent Electric Shaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my Braun Series 5 electric shaver for several days and find it to be excellent. This shaver give a close shave with maximum speed and comfort. You can shave either wet, dry or with shaving gel. It is also waterproof so you can shave in the shower. The shaving head easily conforms to you face and it is also very easy to clean by simply rinsing it in water. it also has a quick charge feature. I usually use a Norelco shaver, but I like this one better. I would highly recommend the Braun Series 5 Wet Dry Cordless electric shaver.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Shaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shaver is definitely the greatest thing I have ever used. I let my beard grow for 3 days before the Braun Shaver showed up in the mail. A quick charge and I put it through it's paces. First time ever using a shaver with a pivoting head and able to be used wet or dry. So far it's been a breeze to use!

I've never had a shaver that you can use wet and dry before so this thing is a dream come true. You can tell the quality of it as soon as you hold it in your hand. Battery life is fantastic as you don't have to worry about charging it after every shave. Fantastic product.
