I had a Cuisinart multicooker for over 20 years. The non-stick finish started to come off, so I replaced it with another multicooker, but this time I spent the extra money and purchased the larger size. I love it. I cook constantly, and this has stood the test of time. It sears meat without having to dirty another pot on the stove. It has an automatic shutoff time in case you are not home, yet it keeps food warm after shutting off so nothing gets cold yet doesn't get overcooked either. The quality of Cuisinart is beyond compare. I am so happy I purchased the larger size. I can put any size roast, chicken, etc. in the unit and there is plenty of space. You get what you pay for. I would never buy another multicooker from any other company.

I love this so much I also bought the smaller version. You can sear, brown, and or sauté and then switch to slow cooking. No messy extra pans! I use it at least once a week!

This multicooker is a substantial, practical and pretty addition to my kitchen. It is convenient to be able to sauté my food - adds flavor - then switch to slow cooker mode - all done in one pot which is so easy to wash up afterwards.
