These pans are very durable, but also easy to clean - must food just washes away (handwash only). The coating is so non-stick I don't even use oil, just a bit of water, which is great for oil free (less fat and calories) cooking!

So easy to use, clean and care for. I’ve never had access to pots and pans like this, and my food thanks me for it every time I use them. I’ve thrown out all my old pans, even my trusty 12” Calphalon non-stick! Take care of these and they’ll last.

Great set! Very lightweight. Only thing that was disappointing was that on the very first use of the 8 qt stock pot, it rusted in the bottom. We contacted Cusinart and they were excellent to deal with and sent a replacement pot. None of the others in the set have done that so far. Overall very pleased.

Don’t believe the negative reviews that say everything sticks. If you season the pan as directed, cook on lower heat (the pans are designed for this), let your meat warm up a bit out of the fridge and follow the cleaning instructions (hot water and soak) you will love this cookware and it’s ease of cleanup. They’re also beautiful hanging in my kitchen.
