So far i love them, super nice and easy clean up. Only thing is boiling in oil or frying in oil will stain the pans bad so i bought two non stick for that.

Overall great product, dissapointed with paint

My wife and I were very excited when we found out about this set, we thought it will be a great complement to our Cuisineart kitchen! Overall we are satisfied with it although we have some comments:
Pros:
1. Non-stick surface: it's amazing how the food slides on the Quantamium surface!
2. Heating: the stockpots and the dutch oven reaches cooking temperatures fast and even on the pot.
3. Easy to clean interior: since the food does not stick to the surface, the inside cleaning is done almost effortlessly.
Cons:
1. Outside surface: to my surprise and disappointment the outside scratches easily. My stovetop is a Whirlpool with cast iron supports. The first time I used a pan, I dragged it as I regularly did it with my existing sets. When I was going to wash it I noticed some scratches on the bottom! That is really a concern since Im, not the only one using the set (my wife and daughters also) to have scratches on the paint was not what I was expecting on a product of so high quality.
2. Handles: the temperature on the pans, as advertised does not get hot. but the dutch oven is not the same, the first time I used it I got burned! Because I wasn't expecting them to get that hot. Now I know I need mittens to handle it.
3. Steam release on the glass lids: It's strange not to have a steam release on the lids, that means I need to be more careful when cooking with the lids close to avoid spills.
