I have never witnessed water boil so fast as it does with these pans! Food cooks evenly and they are pretty pans with black, silver, and glass.

Good quality for the most part. They are easy to scratch. I haven't used any metal utensils or abrasive sponges and I still managed to scratch a couple of them BUT it is not super noticeable and they still work great. Beautiful set!

This is the 3rd set of Cuisinart pans I've purchased in 30+ years. When I retire my old sets they still have YEARS of use left in them so I donate them! They are VERY easy to clean both inside and out, heat evenly & can be used in the oven!
