This is the best cookware I have ever owned! Stylish, well-built and very very easy to clean. Nothing will stick to it. Make sure to use plastic utensils though. And if you can hang them rather than stack them I recommend.

The pans are very good. The lid handles get very hot while cooking and actually will burn you unless you use something to protect your hands when you touch them.

The product is good, however, when you cook a food which is sour like Cranberries etc the steel inside the cookware turns black. This normally does not happen in pure stainless steel.

One of the pans came with scratches and even though it says can use utensils it still scratches the pans. The handles get hot do need something to protect your hands from the heat, they are also heavy pans.

I am actually surprised how the pots have already scratched. I use only nylon utensils. I have purchased this brand years ago and they lasted for years. Unfortunately, I have not had the same results with this set.

The walk thickness is far thinner than I expected.
A couple of pieces came with ding/chips in the non-stick coating.
After a month of use, some prices more than others, there is already evidence of wear into the hard anodized coating. Time will tell how they hold up, but overall a little less substantial than I expected
