So far, I am loving my new pans. It has taken awhile for me to NOT turn the burner on Hi Heat but nothing has stuck to the bottom. Highly recommend!

Seems to be top quality, thick SS and we'll made. Time will tell. One needs to learn how to cook with SS pans and pots and know not to use high heat. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS for crying out loud.

The pots and pans heat up incredibly fast and cook evenly. They do stain rather easily though. I have some milky white stains on my pans after cooking meat.
