Easy clean, cook, but cover lids are way too hot

I love my new set of pot ware except for the covers. If you don't want to burn yourself, you always need to handle the metal lids (handle on the covers) with a pot holder. Other than that, the pots and pans cook wonderfully, evenly, and clean up very nicely.

Awesome for the money. Make sure you cook on lower amount of heat to avoid sticking and burning. They take a minute to heat up but a little goes a long way. I clean mine with steel wool and a non scratch pad and they get pretty clean.

I have not tried all the pots and pans yet, but of the ones I have tried they are good quality. The lids I have a problem with. The steam that rises in the pan goes into a grove along the lid edges and when you move the lid off the pan, there is water everywhere. I try not to use the lids and if I do I must remember to tip it upside down so there is no water drops everywhere. The clean up is a breeze; no dishwasher needed. Light soap and scrub and rinse. Set on towel on counter and done.
