Easy to use and easy to clean. My food cooks well and I find I don't need nonstick spray anymore even for my eggs, unless it is plain egg whites. But I am thrilled that even if food does stick, cleaning is a breeze. Best Christmas present ever. Thank you Santa!

Easy clean, cook, but cover lids are way too hot

I love my new set of pot ware except for the covers. If you don't want to burn yourself, you always need to handle the metal lids (handle on the covers) with a pot holder. Other than that, the pots and pans cook wonderfully, evenly, and clean up very nicely.
