We are just getting used to our new pans. We like the shape of the pans, they sit flat on the stove surface. We like the shape of the handles as well & find they do not get too hot to touch without a mitt. The lids fit well. We enjoy the variety of sizes in this collection.

Easy clean, cook, but cover lids are way too hot

I love my new set of pot ware except for the covers. If you don't want to burn yourself, you always need to handle the metal lids (handle on the covers) with a pot holder. Other than that, the pots and pans cook wonderfully, evenly, and clean up very nicely.
