5 stars! What a joy it is to have quality cookware. Haven’t had to use spray oil, and clean up is simple. I’ve noticed a big difference in having pots/pans that distribute heat evenly. Wow! Highly recommend!

The lid handles get extremely hot as well as the handles on the pans. The reason I point that out is because I was sure I read that wouldn’t happen. Other than that they seem to be great so far.

I love this set of cooking pans and skillets. Fried eggs are perfect with a little cooking spray wiped on the surface before adding the eggs, and I'm learning to cook at slightly lower heat as recommended by Cuisinart. Do not cook on high heat because it will burn the food and the pan. Just cook at a little lower heat. I cook on a gas stove. After you remove food from a pan, let the pan cool, then soak in water and a little liquid soap. Pans clean up effortlessly, plus if there is any discoloration in the bottom of a pan, Cuisinart recommends swirling a little warm white vinegar in the pan. The discoloration disappears. Same in the Dutch oven which I use with a strainer in it to steam ears of corn. The water leaves a ring in the pan. Swirl warm vinegar, and it's gone. I wash the pans by hand, because the dishwasher will dull the beautiful finish. Glass lids allow you to view your food cooking. The pans are a little heavier than my old set, but not much, and I like the longer handles--they do not get hot! These pans make cooking fun again.
