Over all I am very pleased with these pots and pans! They distribute heat well, and they are easy to clean and store. My only complaint is that the lid handles get very hot and you need a pot holder to lift a lid.

I have wanted stainless steel cookware for some time now. This selection of cookware is not only easy care but it is beautiful too. Everything I have used so far has been a joy to cook with. I have no complaints at all.
You do not use this stainless in the same way as you do non-stick etc. You do not have to use high heat to even boil water. I have not had my heat set any higher than 6 on my electric stove. Nearly everything I have made I use 5 or below. Read your manual!
This should last me many years.

The walk thickness is far thinner than I expected.
A couple of pieces came with ding/chips in the non-stick coating.
After a month of use, some prices more than others, there is already evidence of wear into the hard anodized coating. Time will tell how they hold up, but overall a little less substantial than I expected

Love how things cook in them but the lid handles get really hot. You have to use a towel or oven mitt to take them off of the pan

I am actually surprised how the pots have already scratched. I use only nylon utensils. I have purchased this brand years ago and they lasted for years. Unfortunately, I have not had the same results with this set.

This set is great. I am so happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this set to everyone. I no longer have issues with sticking food or terrible clean ups. These nonstick pots and pans just wipe clean.
The one thing that I was not looking forward to were the handles getting hot while cooking, but hey, that's what they make pot holders for.
