I really like how the pans cook. Clean up is easy also. The one thing I was disappointed in was that as soon as you cooked in them they got these black pit marks. Kind of strange they weren't visible prior to using.

I loved this set when I first got it but you wouild have to send it in every year to keep the antistick cover. I was so disappointed when it started being just like every other set that I have ever owned.

Cook with them Correctly (NO HIGH HEAT) and always use at least a coating of oil in the pan and they Are Wonderful to Cook With.

The small plastic pieces that are between the lid an handles are coming out! I use nothing but wooden utensils, and I have a few scratches on a fry pan I frequently use. I just purchased the pans in the beginning of November. It is just the end of November. I really thought I was getting pretty much top of the line cookware with Cuisinart.

For pans that are supposed to be hard adonized, they scratch very easily, inside and out. I'm extremely disappointed considering how much we paid for them. Definitely considering returning if I can. I've been a cuisinart fan for years and these just miss the mark.
