Having had other Cuisinart products, I decided to try this set. I am very glad that I did. I have used most of the set and have found that everything cooks evenly and that the recommended lower heat setting works like a charm. Clean up is a quick wash in the sink.

I just recently started using my collection and I noticed that after it's been cooked in there are spots in the bottom of the pot and in the saucepans OR Skillet hands after being oiled before cooking something as simple as scrambling eggs the egg still stick to the pan even when cooked on low. That is why I give the 3 stars instead of 5.
