great set, I love cooking with these pots and pans but like all stainless steel, they get hot quickly and leave discolorations even after washing but can be removed.

Absolutely love love this Cuisinart collection! Pans are weighted nicely with handles. The cook is very even and clean up is a breeze no matter what I cook in them. A big plus is how cool the handles stay while cooking. Definitely recommend this nonstick hard anodized chef's classic Cuisinart set!

The pots and pans all started pitting immediately during the first use. I followed directions and even researched how to prevent this and they still seem to be corroding. This tells me the quality is low and that is very disappointing for the price point.
