I have never witnessed water boil so fast as it does with these pans! Food cooks evenly and they are pretty pans with black, silver, and glass.

I haven't used all of the pieces yet, but the ones I have used are fantastic. I make fried eggs on the small frying pan nearly every morning. It cooks evenly and the eggs turn out yummy every time! Cleaning is easy too.

Disappointed in how food sticks even after spraying with Pam or using butter and the fact that you have to use a greeny meanie to scrub the bottom of the pan. There was nothing in the literature where it says that’s what you need to do. Also having to boil water let it sit and all that I didn’t have to do that with cheaper pants just to clean?
Seems like more work to clean up than it did to cook anything.
Knowing what I know now they’re nice looking and everything but I honestly think I would not have purchased.

Very nice cookware, works perfectly with induction

This cookware is lighter gauge than what I replaced, but what I had prior was stainless with a thick aluminum base. We bought an induction cooktop and our existing cookware with the aluminum base is not compatible. That said, so far I am very pleased with this cookware. The only less than positive comment is about the handles on the lids. The pot/pan handles are fine, do not get hot, but the pan/boiler covers (just the stainless, not the glass lids) can get hot. Just have to remember to use a pot holder when taking the cover off, but it would seem Cuisinart could desing the handles to not get hot.

Extremely easy clean up. Love that you can interchange lids between sauce pans and skillets so everything can have a lid. So far no complaints!
