The pots heat up quick and evenly but handles heat up too! Make sure you use a potholder before removing!

The nonstick and heating ability of cookware is great. I only gave it 3stars because of the sharp edge on the outer rim of saucepan. I have to be very careful washing the pans due to knife like edge. The first time I washed the medium saucepan I lacerated my finger requiring steristrip tape to close wound. No problems with the non stick or even cooking surface.
