Bought the set as a gift for my wife and I. Great looking pans, however, stick resistance is something that should be clarified. We also find the pans hard to cook with... The great heat transfer sill surprise you as you cook. Great for cooking, but will surprise you the first time you use these if you haven't used any like these before.

I enjoy how easy they clean up. The lids work well with other pans I have bought from Cuisinart. Very sturdy, holds up beautifully to everyday use. Pans can go from stove top to oven and the meal will come out great.

Not bad pots and pans, they are easy clean up as far as nonstick but if anything gets on outer part of pan during cooking it is difficult if not impossible to clean. The handles on the lids get pretty hot, even though representation states they don’t. I have used plastic and silicone utensils with the set but yet they still have “scuff” marks on them, don’t affect the nonstick. Overall these are ok pans, rather not have to wash by hand every time used.
