Love this set with one exception. The handles get too hot to handle with bare hands. Sometimes need a potholder to remove lids while cooking. This is my second set and previous set had covered handles

I bought this several months ago and just opened it to put it away in my "new" kitchen. I purchased it because of the brand - Cuisinart and because I really wanted stainless steel. I love it but would like to know how to "season" the fry pans. I thought they could or should be seasoned so they would be reasonably none stick. I have followed all the instructions that came with the package but have not yet seen or figured out how to season - or if it is possible to do so.

My husband and I decided that we needed "grown up" pots and pans, so we got this set. I love the some of the posts have measurements on them. Come as it n handy when the measuring cup is already being used. Clean up is a breeze too! Hopefully these will last a long time!
