Great set of cookware - just what we were looking

Great set especially for the price. Im definitely going to be mindful about using any metal utensils though. I love howthey stack together as well. So far, im very happy.

Looked good upon arrival. First use and the surface was all scratched despite using a soft plastic spatula and nothing more than a light mixing/flipping. So far 2/9 show blemishes. One of the handle seals came off after the first hand washing. Handles get hot pretty quick. Sturdy/Heavy.

The set is okay. I like that it offers a lot of different types of pans, but the pans themself seem a bit flimsy. The lid handles are steel and get very hot when cooking so there is a danger of burning yourself. I did burn myself and now I use hot pads anytime I have to remove a lid or pick up a pan with the steel handles. Not ideal. Seems like they could have used something other than steel. These were a gift so I am using them rather than returning them, but I would not purchase this set myself.

I'm 62 and am comfortable enough to have a Cuisinart Kitchen before I retire. Big mistake! I bought the hard anodize (not likely) cookware set and the plating totally came off! The suggestion was to hand wash to keep pots looking nice but they got cloudy so I put in dishwasher thinking "they look terrible now so why not?" I am in engineering in a sheetmetal shop and have never had this happen. Someone is lying there. Sadly I am never buying another Cuisinart item ever. Fry pan did the same thing and had to get a coffeemaker replaced as well.
