I have always used some kind of Teflon based pots and pans. This stainless steel set is refreshing. It Cooks even, and cleans up real easy. Looks great as well. There are so many pieces to it, some I have not tried yet.

I love these pans with one exception. The handles get really hot. Why can't pans have heat protective handles?

I've had my set around 6 months now and I love them, the only downfall is the handles get extremely hot and you must use a pot holder every time you use them.
