This set was given to me as a gift and I am so thrilled with how well the cookware cooks: evenly & quickly. The lid handles don't heat up. I love the measure feature inside the pots making it easy to pour and cook without using extra cups, etc. The clean up is so easy and is truly non stick. I do not use oil/butter of any kind in my cooking and have been pleased with how well everything comes out of the pans. Really have not had a bad cooking experience with this set.

First time I used the 4 qt Dutch oven with plastic utensils, the stainless steel coating came off, leaving black spots all in the bottom of the dish.

Have had this set on my lists for awhile now. I don't usually buy cookware without first handling it in person, but Cuisinart's reputation precedes itself. Bought this as my "forever" cookset after disappointing years of "nonstick" and ceramic coated failures. Perfect amount of pieces to produce gourmet meals in a jiffy. I am so pleased with this set that I want to add the complimenting Wok and the griddle pan from Cuisinart.

I bought the this and the 11 piece sets and some larger pots. I am happier than a kid at a birthday party. Follow the cooking instructions you will have no problem. I have an induction stove heating was hard at first. Once I figured the stove temperatures. It has been easy sailing. I absolutely love they're products. Looking forward to purchasing the entire Cuisinart kitchen! Everything. One or two pieces every month. I can't wait to get the steamer.

Complete set of stainless steel cookware for every need. Well made, nice handles that you can grip firmly and not just a knob. I had to buy new cookware for an electric ceramic cooktop after having a gas cooktop for many years. After much research, I ordered this set and am extremely pleased. I love that they are dishwasher safe, though a few pans have just a bit of discoloration on the inside bottom after washing. It does not affect cooking, so it's a minor thing. I would purchase these again and highly recommend.

I bought this set after upgrading to an induction stove in my home. While the pans do work just fine! I'm highly disappointed with is the mixed metals. I was expecting stainless steel as advertised not aluminum bonded to stainless. I would not have noticed it if, after one use they had not started pitting inside bottoms and tendency to stain black after being washed. After using a magnet to verify the dissimilar metals, i was disappointed to say the least.

I really thought I was getting some great pot set. Cuisinart is a household name and are highly recommended. But I am very disappointed I with the set. I only used it once and all the pots have started to get rust marks. I only washed them with dishwashing liquid and towel dried. I only had these for close to a month. Terrible

I was looking for a starter set of SS cookware and settled on these. They heat evenly and the handles are comfortable though the larger pots and pans are a bit heavy especially when washing by hand. I only have two complaints with them. First, no mater what you do, eggs will stick to the pan (especially scrambled) and leave you with a mess that will take an hour to clean. Second complaint, when adding salt to a pot to boil water DO NOT USE course salt! It will leave brown and black spots on the pot bottoms. I was able to figure that out quickly, and now dissolve my salt in hot water then pour it into the pot. Also, I have found that Bar Keepers Friend glass cook top cleaner is perfect for removing light staining (it removed the salt staining from the pot as well as the heat marks off the bottom) and keeping a nice polished look to the cookware. They take some getting used to as they do not require much more than a medium flame to cook most things. I am liking them and outside of the two issues mentioned I have no other complaints nor regrets in buying them.
