The cookware is great for cooking but it does discolor which was something it was not supposed to do. We boiled water for pasta the first use and it still shows the water level. Really no reason for that. The frying pans also show use but we have followed the heating temps exactly. Otherwise they are good pans.

I'm so glad I got the 17 piece set over the smaller collections - this has a pot or pan for anything I can imagine doing in my kitchen! This was my first time using stainless steel over nonstick and so far, so good. Beautiful pieces - I look forward to using them for many, many years!
