Nonstick for sure. Use a little bit of butter before cooking eggs and they slide right off. The only downside is handwashing vs. dishwasher but small price to pay for ease of use!

I have had my pans for about 3 weeks. Not long. The cooking experience is very good although, the directions are very clear to not use high heat when cooking. We have have gas stove that is lass then two years old. Wanting to faithfully follow the directions I tried to boil a pot water in my largest pot for 25 min with no success. I finally gave up and turned the flame up to high. Within 3 min I had the rolling boil needed to cook my noodles. So far no negative ramifications to the pan. Cleaning in the dishwasher definitely works best to keep that shiny surface. I am disappointed to have a small chip on the cooking surface of two of the smaller pans already. Not too happy about that. I have only used wood or plastic utensils. I use Dawn dish soap. If that is you, only use the regular Dawn, not the "heavy duty" Dawn. I think that may have been what caused the chips but not positive. When I don't put them in the dishwasher it is very challenging to get spots from starchy foods off the bottom of the pans even when I immediately soak with soap and warm water.

This is my first set of stainless steel cookware and I love it! The first few times I cooked on it there was some sticking that was completely my fault but it was extremely easy to clean off and it was actually very simple to learn how to correctly use stainless steel. I 100% recommend it!
