After having used Calphalon for decades, we made the switch to this set.
As others have noted, there is a bit of a learning curve, with lowered temps at the heart. But the are some wonderful pans to cool with, and they clean right up, with any discoloring being easily removed with Bartender's Friend.
The cool-touch handles rock too.
We love these.

Nice solid feel, comfortable handles, fast and even heating, the only drawback so far is that since they have no lip on the rim, they are not easy to pour from without a mess.

This is a beautiful set which distributes heat fast and even. They are sort of heavy and it does require a quick soak in vinegar to maintain the shine and to get water spots off. Also , my regular sponge left circular scratches on the pots .
