Concerned about nonstick and aluminum in my current cookware with the high heat on my new gas power burner range, I returned to stainless steel. As a Christmas gift to myself I chose the Cuisinart Classic French Tri Ply cookware mainly because its high quality, produced in France and not China and the 13 piece set offered the pans I was most interested in. I've used this cookware for two months and am thoroughly impressed with the heat transfer from the bottom up the sides - I have not found it necessary to cook beyond Low-Medium burner settings. I've prepared sauces, stews, pasta, chicken and eggs and used every piece - the 4 qt French oven my favorite. They clean up beautifully and without pampering, all pieces look brand new which is important because I display my cookware on a pot rack. The outer steel finish is hard and durable and absolutely wear resistant. Unpacking the set I was taken with the substantive feel of each piece, even the lids. I'm very pleased with my decision and choice and find myself cooking again with a renewed ferver and loving my new cookware!

I have been looking for a good set of clad stainless cookware to replace my 18 year old set of nonstick anodized aluminum (not so nonstick anymore). I was attracted to the Cuisinart Multi-clad based on good reviews, but chose to spend a bit more for the French Classic Tri-ply based on design and European construction. I have been extremely pleased with this cookware. I've been using them for 5 months now and find them easy to use and clean, and with a little preparation and butter, have never had problems with sticking. These pans heat up very quickly and produce excellent results. I only wish the set included a 12" skillet for larger recipes.

Exemplary quality, professional look, and excellent results for cooking meals. Admittedly we have only used half of the set but expect the results to be the same for all. We do recommend buying heat diffusers for gas stoves though to preserve the integrity of the pots and pans - and giving them a wipe down with distilled vinegar after cleaning to preserve the professional appearance.

So far this set has been great with functional-sized pieces. It heats quickly and evenly. Clean up is so easy. Very solid, great quality, handles are secure and comfortable to use.

Bought this set of stainless cookware to replace my Calphalon anodized set. This cookware is absolutely beautiful. Clean up is relatively easy. Stainless steel cookware is a little more maintenance than the nonstick but so worth it. My only disappointment with this cookware is that the handles get very hot. Other than that I definitely recommend this set.

I finally was able to purchase my dream set. They are high quality, they clean very well in dishwasher as promised and a joy to cook with. I highly recommend.

An excellent set of pots and pans. Almost as good as my mother’s 40+ year old set of Cuisinart made in France. Why almost as good? No rolled lip for pouring! They hear fast and even and the handle doesn’t get very hot.
