I like it but, my 3 year old wants to take it off.

I like it it but my 3 year old wants to take it off. He has not dropped the leapPad since I put it on... so I can not tell you if it really does protect the unit.
Pros: Good for on-the-go play

Excellent product. Love the fact that it keeps the Leap pad from slipping off the table. Some games get kids really excited and that could be disastrous for the pad.
Pros: Good for on-the-go play, Fun for kids

Love the colors!!

it is so nice to have different colors of the gel skins!! i have 2 boys and i didn't want to give one of them a green skin and a purple skin to the other!! we love the bright bold colors and now they can tell whose leap pad is whose.

This keeps the leap pad safe from the wear and tear of my 4yo boy. More sturdy. A must for all leap pad owners.

LeapPad Gel Skin

I bought this to protect my 5 year-old son's LeapPad from those everyday spills that inevitably happen. I have had the screen become cracked on a prior LeapPad just recently, though. The Gel Skin is a good idea, and it works. However, I would like your recommendation on something that could protect the screen from being cracked. Perhaps some sort of see-through, adhesive, plastic film that could adhere to the screen while still supplying some protection. Like what is available for laptops. But the Gel Skin works well for its intended purpose. Thank you.

I like that this gives a bit of protection without bulk and it does not slide off too easily so likely to remain in place.
