Love This Cooktop!

we were going back & forward between getting this model vs the 30" induction cooktop with the knob. glad we went with this model as now i can go back to singeing my chicken wings, utilize the griddle, all while utilizing several burners at one time. we had a regular electric cooktop that was approximately 10 years old & it suffered a major crack in the surface which left us to use a portable induction cooker's with x2 burner’s max. i love how quickly they cooked & almost bought one but the features with this gas cooktop outweighed the best feature (cooking faster) of the induction one. plus, the center burner on this cooktop can rival that of any induction cooktop imo. the only down fall is that i cannot pair this cooktop with the app. other than that, it's highly recommended!

Sleek look and works great

Innovative design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 22k BTU and dual burner alone was the main reason for purchasing the 30" cooktop but once installed and connected it to my vent hood and Smart Things network, the cooktop functionality merged with the other appliances and we're now able to see it's status but best of all, it automatically activates the vent hood once a burner is activated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst ever

this is the worst experience. i ordered multiple home appliances (refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, and double wall oven) and i've gotten a run around. they have given multiple delivery dates in which none of them were meet. i have made more the 23 calls to samsung customers service and they would alway confirm the day that was given to me. they would escalate the issue to headquarters and it would take 24-72 hours for someone to get back to me (which no one ever does) to address the issue. i had to call them to tell them to send me an email with the new date in which i wouldn't get until like a day or two before the delivery date. i'm so frustrated i can't move into my new home with appliances because i have a newborn daughter and i'm paying for both places.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

beautiful black stainless steel very powerful so when using 4 burners the over the cooktop microwave blows the burner and distributes fire or blows it out completely. the cooktop grates are stained with oil and grease. just can't get the clean. center burner stopped working.
