Beautiful design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this cooktop for nearly a year. The design is solid with the exception of the WiFi component, IF you have a down-draft vent hood behind your cooktop you will need to ensure there is enough room to install both due to spacing. The center burner with the wok grill is an excellent touch and works really well. The burner temperature settings take a bit to adjust to, but the fact that the dials illuminate is a great safety feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the features...

Have been enjoying the cook top for 3 months now. We replaced an aging gas cook top and have been delighted with the features and the performance. The simmer is truly simmer and the high heat really is high. The accessories work like they are supposed to work. It is a delight to use.

LOVE IT!! Replaced a 20 year old Thermador with the extra low flame on/off feature. Should have replaced it years ago, this 36" with 22K burner is a home cooks dream! Love the cast iron griddle accessory and low burner for simmering that doesn't click on/off. Well done Samsung.

Great product and definitely an upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cook top. It is definitely an upgrade over the previous one installed. I love the ease of cleaning it, there's no top to flip up and crazy crevices that hold food and grease like my old one. The next feature I love the most is having different sized burners. I find this is very useful and I use them according to pot/skillet size I'm using and what type of dish. Besides the outstanding performance, it is beautiful and accents my home very well. The only change I would make is in starting flame sizes. This is the first stove I have seen that starts in the high position when starting ignition. It took some time getting use to and does not take away from the performance at all. The blue led around the knobs is a nice accent against the stainless steel. Currently I have not been able to use the wifi function, for some reason my internet service provider system flags it as a malicious program.

poor decals and hard to clean

loved this stove top to begin. unfortunately, the decals on the front identifying the brand and knob direction all fade away. we have followed all cleaning instructions....which by the way make this very difficult to clean! your customer service chat agent names kim actually told me to paint new letters on....really? she said this is cosmetic damage and not covered by samsung. not having proper id on the knobs makes this stove dangerous. huge problem and terrible support. so bummed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beware! THe knobs are FRAGILE and break!!

The cooktop itself is amazing. It is the knobs that are lacking. During the first year, a knob broke which was replaced. Today, another one is broken. The price to purchase the knobs is almost $200, which is beyond ridiculous!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
