Really like this system. Camera images are excellent quality. However, my cameras heat up real quick and get hot. Not sure if this is normal or not. This system is a keeper for me.

4K cameras have a great view and wide angle. Covers a lot of area per camera. It is also nice to have audio from each camera. The only negative is that each camera must plug directly into the NVR. A true IP camera should support plugging into my network switch instead of the NVR.

System installed & configuration went very well, easy to program. The App works pretty good (opposite of what online reports indicated), easy to configure. Considering the price, this system is good value.

Glad we bought it, but we can't seem to find anyone willing to sell us the four missing ones for our 168580 system. Please contact us again. Costco dropped the ball again and supply seems to be the issue. We want the 4K bullets with the white lights if possible or at least the bullets that are compatible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great functionality but super Buggy

Bought this system as wanted the reliability of a PoE unit, good app compatibility and the two way audio feature with alarm. Unfortunately Android 8.0.0 compatibility is poor with push notifications being unreliable. On Apple, also got stuck receiving repeat motion alerts on the minute, every minute, even with push notifications switched off and complete area for motion detection and other analytics removed on the system for that camera. System reboot fixed issue. Then two-way speaker stopped on the two bullet cameras. Again another reboot to fix that issue. Apps on both android and iphone crash repeatedly.
Tech support is good but not really needed for reboots, which seem to be repeatedly required for different issues. The Analytic features are great and if reliability can improve through the app then this will be a big help
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

NVR system

Finally got it up and running. Install was simple. Only issue I had was with two of the cables that came with the system. When you open up the box you will find the cables wound up very tight and smashed down to fit in the box. Pretty sure it's breaking the conductor. I had to fish two new cat5 cables and the last two cameras are up and running now. Contacted support and they basically replied that it was my install and closed the ticket. Pretty sure I read someone else's review and they stated that they had the same issue. Other than that, picture is clear and working like it should. Just keep some cat5 on hand if you are planning on installing this setup.
I would recommend this to a friend!
