NVR stopped working

My NVR is just over 1 year and 4 of 8 video ports have stopped working. Customer support/warranty department told me they won’t cover it. Very disappointed!

Cameras incompatible

Unable to know if the unit works well as we purchased it to replace another model NVR only to find out our cameras are not compatible with the 88580H. Now we have an expensive paperweight. Would be good if the compatibility of cameras was listed with the NVR model not hidden in an obscure hard to find location.

System awesome, app sucks.

The system works well, and has a lot of features. I give it 5 stars. The app for your iPhone and iPad on the other hand is woeful, and I give it 1 star - hence the 3 star overall rating. The app takes forever to load on the phone, not as bad but still not great on the iPad, you can't review anytime from the hard drive, only the snippets when the camera is activated (not helpful if someone spends 10 minutes doing something the cameras aren't triggered for) are available to view through the app. Not helpful when we're almost 2 hours away, which is why we have the cameras. Snippets are also buggie, snippets start with people in shot, then jumps to 2 seconds later and they're out of shot. What's the point? I'm happy to be contacted privately to help with pointed feedback on the app. Overall, again the system itself is great. The sound quality is amazing and the footage is great, but the app sucks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Product but require to work on software

it was working fine but after updating firmware and updating App, App if freezing for first 10 to 15 seconds and the NVR giving following notification every day. Many people has complained about it but no solution has been provided yet. So, the firmware issue still going on.

Cameras good???

Bought this about year ago. Since then hard disk failed and being import from USA thought too difficult for warranty claim. Fitted new. HDD and now all well but the Swann app on iPhone is nothing short of a joke.

mobil app is crap

can't get anything on the camera's using the mobil app , only get push notifications through mobil data , got in contact with tech dept and got told too much data going through and got told this can not be adjusted with the software on these camera's . So the system is good for nothing

Only compatible with Internet Explorer which is EOL. User interface is cumbersome. Some features hard to setup. Customer support not very helpful.
