Shuts off Out of nowhere

I had this product for about a year now and out of nowhere the fan and lights will all shut down and the Wi-Fi light turns off losing all power. I have to manually turn everything back on. Happens almost every time I use the fan and the lights.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We were able to build our own island hood using the insert. We love the ability to control the hood with our smart speaker and create routines. With our smart speaker, we can set the fan to turn off after a certain time.
