The shelf does partially fold back to allow for taller items, but I was used to putting my carton of milk in the door. The levels of the door shelving don't quite allow for milk cartons easily taken or removed from the door. I am getting use to this new appliance. it seems fine otherwise.

Great for space constraints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only had a 30” spot for a fridge in the kitchen and I am glad I went with this one. The bottom freezer is new to me, still getting used to it. The stainless finish looks great and cleans up easily after my two year old works his magic everywhere.
