It’s a nice fridge but very poorly made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I put food in it, it’s a lot smaller then I realized, also poorly made.. insulation hanging outside the doors and at the top hinge, whirlpool logo was crooked. I attached pictures. Drawer in freezer doesn’t slide well and you have to really push on freezer door to close otherwise it doesn’t close all the way/seal then there’s ice build up inside, drawers inside slide with grease or something that gets all over the place. Had the warranty guy out said they would have to replace the door and move all the parts in it to the new one if we wanted the insulation on the hinge gone and no guarantee the new door wouldn’t be the same thing. They did order us a new logo though.. I will say it’s quieter then our last one so that’s a plus

Love this Model!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old fridge gave out on us and after some careful reviewing we found and fell in love with our new whirlpool french door refrigerator. It's just the right size for our family of 6 with room to spare. I love all the features it offers and all the storage. We definitely recommend this product to all our family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It started out as a bad idea. We ordered one and received it 10 days later. After taking off work early because they was going to be early. I came home and had already taken the door off because I knew I only had a half inch to clear. After the delivery guys unpacked the fridge one of the guys noticed a big dent on the side of it. I refused to take it. They took it back and took 2 days before they called me back to tell me it would be another 10 days. I called the store I bought it plus talked to the delivery company. They said they didn't have any kind of control on how long it takes to get me a new one. After 20 days of waiting I finally received my new one. It's been good so far. It's quite and well worth the wait now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The water dispensed through the door is barely cool. I see no way to lower it’s Temp. Use of the freezer is awkward. It won’t hold a frozen pizza box and items must be stacked on top of each other. The Frig.shelves won’t hold a large juice bottle. The door open warning light does not signal the left door ajar.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks nice and keeps everything cold. But it arrived with a broken light fixture in the freezer, took a month to get a replacement part. Warranty/tech support couldn't tell me where to hook the water connection, wasn't clear in the manual; had to call a service repairman to show me where and had to buy a new water-line hook-up because my existing one wouldn't fit this one's. The veggie drawer fits loose and has to be opened and closed gently or it falls of the track. There is not enough room for tall items, milk, juice ect. when I slide back the shelf to make room; my kids can't see what's behind it. I am quite a bit disappointed, especially for the price I paid.

Perfect for our small space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main problem we had in finding a new refrigerator was the size. Our home was built in 1963 so the space for the refrigerator was small. We really wanted one that had the freezer on the bottom. The French doors would have been a bonus but we found all of what we wanted in this one. Fits perfect in the space we had width-wise with 3/4 of an inch to spare for the height! Also really like the water dispenser on the door but the ice in the freezer drawer! It's been so much easier for my parents to get their stuff without bending down and they use the water dispenser often. Had to order the white but it was worth the wait!

This fridge is not worth the buy. Its FLIMSY

I bought this fridge 1 month ago and been having problems for the onset. I have called Whirlpool on numerous occasions and not satisfied at all with the level of service. Imagine a brand new fridge with a defect and instead of replacing it they opt to repair. 2 technicians have checked it so far and found a defect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks Awesome...Odd Storage Configurations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have limited space so this was a good solution, however there are a couple of odd things I noticed...there is no real adjustment to the refrigerator shelves to accommodate tall bottles except a recessing 1/2 shelf which provides BARELY enough space for tall bottles.
The freezer cannot accommodate frozen boxed pizzas! There is no space in which to put any except ONE pizza, and angled into the bin, effectively eliminating the rest of the space of that bin.
The ice maker is awesome, however the dispensed water has an odd flavour. Perhaps waiting some time to clear the tubing and filtration system will help.
