Drawers do not fit properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The plastic drawers do not fit properly because of a design flae. I saw this because called the repair service as drawers were not closing properly and its because of a plastic piece at the rear wall that stops the drawers from closing Very poor design Thought * was purchasing quality in Whirlpool Made In YSA guess I was wrong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unhappy with water dispenser. Water is warm, unless you fill a full glass and dump it to get to the cool water. Also, doors to not line up even at the top. I have used the tool to try to solve and adjust, but have been unsuccessful so far.

Attractive Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very attractive refrigerator with a fingerprint resistant finish that really works. There aren’t many choices for French door refrigerators in a 30” size. Pros: looks, compact size, door storage, retractable shelf for tall items. Cons: shelves aren’t very adjustable so there is limited storage for tall items; ice maker shuts off when the bin is only half full, storage drawers are cheaply made.

I bought this fridge about two years ago. After about a year the door will not close properly and the door will drop on to the freezer. I would lift the door a little from the bottom to close it. The door completely feel off and was only being held from the top. The silver handle for the icemaker also fell off. Attempted to speak to someone at Whirpool and was told my warranty is expired and nothing can be done except to pay out of pocket for repairs. Please do not purchase this refrigerator is you are looking for a sturdy, well worth it refrigerator. This refrigerator is not worth it for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What does "never needs to be replaced" mean?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the refrigerator for a couple of years now and it keeps things cold. Guess that's what a fridge does, so we have to be happy with it. However, shortly after the one year warranty expired the interior light stopped coming on when opening the door. Not a big deal if it just meant changing a lightbulb. But on the checking the user manual, Whirlpool states "The lighting located at the top of the refrigerator compartment never needs to be replaced. If the lights do not illuminate when the door is opened, call for assistance or service". And yet it fails. We called Whirlpool and we were told too bad, that will be an expensive service call as neither the part nor the service cost would be covered by Whirlpool. Now we have to wonder what other claims Whirlpool makes are wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago and the plastic drawers are cheaply built, they don't close all the way. The deciding factor was the ONLY french door fridge that would fit in our restricted height
