Improvement over the old.

Great features but somewhat noisy

Very Slow Ice Maker

After hooking up the ice maker and letting it "fill up" over the weekend as instructed, we were very disappointed that there was only one layer of ice cubes made (about 24 in 3 days!). The ice isn't in the door. It falls into a bin in the freezer. There isn't a lot of room in the fridge for tall items. This is a fridge in an office lunchroom. We bought this size of fridge to fit in the space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s a bit noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a bit noisy. Some type of vibration noise when the compressors are running other than that it fits the hole that we had and it’s not a side-by-side
