Water dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water dispenser leaks when used regularly. If I don’t use it it’s fine but whenever I use it it leaks continuously. Can you give me some feedback on who to contact?

Perfect for small areas with a lot to offer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a French door refrigerator for a long time! The spot I had to put it in is 30 deep and 30 wide! Height didn’t matter and I can even go a little deeper which I did with this one! Width was the issue!! We are very pleased with this fridge!

Lack of quality control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not happy with this refrigerator. The water dispenser frame in the left door is not flush with the door on all sides. The right side, as you are looking at it, is 1/8 inch back from the face of the door. The front wheels do not ride flat on the floor and have cut groves in our oak flooring from moving the frig in and out for water line installation. I could not remove the grill in order to adjust the levelers without help from an appliance repair man. And this refrigerator is not Energy Star approved.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

do not like the bottom freezer would prefer it on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago and expected a bit more from whirlpool. The design is troublesome, not leaving room for larger bottles I have moved the shelves multiple times. The doors don't shut correctly. I will rate 3 stars at best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was soo excited w this pretty model… i LOVE Whirlpool… all my appliances are repeated Whirlpool… its the brand that i ude and recomend… u til today… i can NOT beleive how loud this new fridge is… i have to close my bedroom door to sleep… do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS MODEL… Whirlpool has been unresponsive so far :(

Refrigerates well, but some features confound me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for a couple of weeks and it seems to be performing well. However, I have an issue with the crisper drawers: Their grab handles are at the BOTTOM of the drawer, not the top as would normally be the case. My previous KitchenAid and all other units before had top handles. Also, the left/larger drawer cannot be opened without swinging open BOTH Fench doors and then because they want to close, it inhibits opening the drawer with more clashing plastic. Annoying.
