French door fridge

Good, not great

The doors don't open all the way, requiring both doors always having to be opened to admit a lone body in to select the food.
The door shelves don't have a butter section--wasting precious space on the rest of the shelves.

I love the features, but overshadowed by the noise. Bought this and find it to be the noisiest refrigerator I have ever owned. Constant humming and more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] happy with it so far.. I would change the bottom drawer into 2 pieces to match the door openings. This way you don't have to open both doors wide to access something.

So So But Not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At least it keeps things cold. The doors don't open fully, they only open about 120 degrees and we were hoping for 180. The ice maker is very slow and takes a couple days to only partially fill the tray. The shelves are oddly spaced and even though you can adjust them they are not designed to hold most average sized items like milk or tall boys. The fit and finish is poor with gaps and misaligned edges and insulation poking out. The fridge is loud and is noticeable from a room or two away when actively cooling. The produce and other trays have a ton of grease on them (a weird KY like jelly goo) that gets on everything if you are not careful. It has a water dispenser in the door but not an ice dispenser,. Looks functional but is only half useful. I know, first would problems.....but for over two gand this is not that great. This is not your parents whirlpool that will last for a couple decades. We had to buy on a moment's notice and wish we had more time to research, we would have chosen a different brand/model.

No Quality Control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within a few days of purchase, something was wrong with the temperature. New parts needed are the main control, mullion, and gaskets on the freezer door. Laws should allow for the return of defective merchandise rather than a service warranty.
