Poor quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my refrigerator and 10 days after delivery the compressor failed. It took 6 days for a technician to come out only to tell me the compressor needed to be replaced. It’s taking another 7 days for him to come back to replace. Meanwhile I had to find a refrigerator to get me by. I will not be buying another whirlpool appliance again and worry about the rest of the appliances I purchased along with the refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The pits

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge froze all produce in fridge part,does not defrost, does not have water coming out from door, makes no ice, and repair guy has ordered a new mother board!!!!!? Piece of junk !!!!

I was pleasantly surprised that even though it's a relatively small refrigerator (which is what I needed) it still has the water dispenser and great design.

Why can’t I get this model??

I have have been waiting over 4 months to be able to even order this refrigerator. My kitchen is complete with whirlpool appliances, but no refrigerator. Disappointed

1st "french door" purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In use approximately 1 month. Would never buy this model again. Would buy with "in the door" Ice/H2O or without. Ice in the drawer is a pain unless you are 3' tall or don't use much ice. Also interior design is not very user friendly. It will require a plan outside the box to be functional and energy efficient. Anyone else may find it more functional.
