Worst purchase ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this fridge a month ago, and the fridge stopped working already. We contacted Whirlpool for repairs and it took a week to have someone look at it, and that person could not fix it due to not having the correct tools. While he was trained for the repairs the repair required special tools which he did not have. We are currently going on 2 weeks without a fridge and no timeline on when we will have a working fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Uneven doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a 30 inch wide French door refrigerator and I’m a disappointed with it. The water dispenser continuously leaks. I’ve used about 2 rolls of paper towels already cleaning the tray. The middle of the fridge inside has a large plastic piece that holds the lightbulb and removes a lot of space that could be used for storage.

Fits like a glove!

Poor reliability and door design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When opening a fridge door, both doors open due to closure design. Irritating!
This refrigerator is installed in a motorhome, and replaces the original one (same model) because the original one failed (compressor locked up) after approximately 40 hours of use, but 2 months past the one year warranty. Not happy about that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

do not like anything about it

We had it two weeks when I called Menards to tell them the ice machine made a funny noise and the doors are to small and no room for anything tall. I was told because I plugged it and put food in it it was used and I can not return it

Mediocre at Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seals around the doors are very poor compared to the many others I've owned in the past. The compressor rarely shuts off - even though the unit is not being used. I'll be amazed if it lasts 6 months. I'm very disappointed in this product.

Just ok but needed for the space we had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is a bit awkward and not very user friendly Water is in the door but ice is in the freezer drawer at the back. Shelves have limited adjustability. We were restricted by size and had few options.
