Pretty good mediocre fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this fridge a couple weeks ago when our old one was going out. It was one of the few available without shipping that would fit our 33" space (counting the door hinge).
Overall, this is a nice fridge with adequate storage. Our fridge is next to a wall, so the right door doesn't open all the way, so we can barely slide out the wide and right-hand drawers. This design feature makes the 30" wide fridge less flexible, and ideally requires 35" or more of an opening (or placement with cabinets on both sides so doors are in front of the cabinets.
Overall much of it lacks a luxurious quality especially because you can see white powdery substance (adhesive?) beneath all the trim pieces--they're not tight to the fridge. The drawers slide like rough plastic on rough plastic, so it doesn't feel nice and smooth. However, the glass shelves and well-lit interior make it feel nicer.
The freezer is the worst part. The top drawer is nice for storing things, but the bottom compartment is a pain to organize, and anytime you want something on the bottom, you have to evacuate all the upper contents, and then good luck getting the drawers to close again--it's like Tetris with oddly-shaped frozen bags of veggies, all the while hearing your parents' voice in the back of your head "close the door! you're letting all the cold air out!"
Don't have buyer's remorse, but also am not going to brag about our fridge.

Great Refrigerator with the height of 67 inches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 30-inch Wide French Door Refrigerator - 20 cu. ft. is GREAT for my kitchen. I love that the ice maker is inside the freezer and does not dispense ice through the door of the refrigerator. I also love the light on the refrigerator door when dispensing water, the water filter and air filter. The refrigerator looks wonderful in my kitchen. The only thing is Whirlpool was the only company that made a refrigerator with all the nice features that I like the color white and the height of 67 inches. Kudos to Whirlpool! I hope that in the future you will make more 67 inch refrigerators and added features and more doors.

Great fridge and freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new refrigerator for about a month. What a marvelous unit. Apparently our old one was having some minor problems for awhile and we did not realize it as they came on gradually. However once we bought this machine, we were astounded by how nice and cold everything is. Our cold cuts last longer, milk lasts longer, it is much colder than our last fridge. The freezer compartment is also magnificent, it stays so cold. We cannot say enough good things.

Annoyed but adjusting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to buy this particular refrigerator to replace our old fridge from 2008. We could have looked for a model that was wider, but we were limited in height for the space in our kitchen. I find the door shelves too small, the vertical adjustments useless to fit bottles, the light hangs down too low making it vulnerable to being hit when loading in food. The holder in the right crisper drawer takes up valuable space and the right side drawer is so much smaller that it doesn’t fit much. But we take comfort in knowing the serviceman vouch for the integrity and reliability with the Whirlpool brand. It’ll take time for us to adjust to this new appliance. No review on freezer yet as we haven’t started loading it yet.
