Inconsistent temperature in the refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator temperature can vary by 10° from the top shelf to the middle shelf. I have thermometers on each shelf constantly. it doesn't matter how I have the temperature set in the refrigerator. They're just doesn't seem to be decent circulation of air. My refrigerator is about half filled and nothing is up against the walls.

Shelving layout sucks! A screw on the freezer draw track gets loose and backs out Causing the freezer drawer to stay slightly open! Not good!
