Bad Compressor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new refrigerator was delivered on 4/11/24. On 4/19/24 the compressor failed. We had to move everything out of the fridge so it wouldn't spoil. I called Whirlpool the next business day, Monday 4/22/24, and got an appointment with a service contractor in our area. When I called them to confirm, they advised they could not work on that kind of compressor and that no one in the area can. They advised it's new and uses butane requiring specialty equipment that no one has. I called Whirlpool back and was advised, "Good news, you are getting a new fridge." I already had a new fridge, and now I'm down a fridge for who knows how long. Not to mention the another half a day at work for another delivery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very unhappy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my trusty 11-year old Maytag refirgerator's icemaker suddenly broke, I had to find a replacement on very short notice, Space limitations, 33-inch wide space, led me to the Whirlpool WRF560SEHZ. Cons: Bad design. shelves are fixed and cannot be moved to fit taller items, There is no ice dispenser through the door. Temperature setting is by adding or subtracting stars instead of entering the actual temperature by degrees. Produce in the crisper drawers kept freezing so I had to drop the temperature to 3 stars -- how many degrees is that? It doesn't show. Pros: None that stand out. I wish I could return and replace it with a different refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water dispenser is lighted but the light does not let you see the water level in my insulated water bottle. The water is not chilled. You need to add ice if you want cold water. We thought the water dispenser also dispenses ice. That,'s my bad. The doors are light and feel flimsy. I recently took out some lunch meat to make a sandwich. I realized half of the meat was frozen. How does that happen?

Not a happy Camper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago. As of right now, the ice maker does not work, the water in the door does not work. It work for about one day, then just quit. I am waiting for a repairman to come fix it. When I call it was 2 weeks out before that could get to me.

Expected more for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed in this fridge. It came damaged from factory. Water line had a cut in it behind the back panel. Didn't realize it until it leaked water through the first floor and into the basement. Drinking water temperature also not great, too warm. Not the best design because the doors don't close easily. Seems like it's not made to last and wouldn't be surprised if it breaks after just a few years.

If I could give a 0 I would. Have had this refrigerator less than a month and the compressor goes. And now I've already been without a refrigerator for 6 days and now who knows how long it will be till the compressor gets back in stock and someone can come replace it. Biggest piece of JUNK. Please read the reviews as everyone is having the same issue. Whirpool should be pulling this product since it seems to be defective since they can't keep the part in stock. And then they won't let you exchange it for something else even though you buy an extended warrant. Buyer beware.

No Pizza Box Space in Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator May 28th site unseen, they did not have a floor model to look at. Its a great frig that has some nice features, but this was the only frig that fits the space of our other frig which the compressor stopped working after 6 yrs. My only complaint is that the freezer does not hold a frozen pizza box, I think they should have made a slot in the drawer to hold a box or two.
