[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator/freezer two weeks ago. All the storage we need plus so quiet. Love the bottom pull out freezer. So much easier to find our frozen foods. The stainless steel finish really sets off our kitchen.

Overall good buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this refrigerator 2 months ago and had an issue with the water tank freezing in the refrigerator. Was able to get a worker out that resolved the issue a week after call. Stated not to put items in front of the vents in refrigerator, which is difficult due to the fridge being so small. Also, stated not to put cold settings too high as that can freeze the tank as well. Otherwise, I'm enjoying the new fridge, but would have preferred an icemaker up top, as my little one has learned how to open the drawer space and tries to get ice out herself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very nice. I am able to adjust the different compartments to accommodate my items. The ice maker does not overflow but makes just enough ice. I was worried about that. Nice size for my kitchen not to big but not to small.

Poor Quality - Freezer Stopped Working

The freezer stopped working today, I could tell when the ice was starting to melt and all my frozen foods were thawing. I used the Whirlpool USA instagram account for support, as it seems like based on the reviews here a lot of other people are having the same issue and that's what Whirlpool seems to direct consumer to for support. I am still waiting for a response. Why is your only form of support through FB and IG? Do you not have an email address we can reach out to? This is ridiculous. Also, we got this fridge just 1 year ago!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything we wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our refrigerator now about a month and it is wonderful. French doors freezer on the bottom and water on the door. There is a gracious amount of space in the refrigerator and freezer. The ice maker works very well.
