Great Looking Refrigerator, but with numerous FLAW

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the refrigerator for about two weeks ... The drawers are very flimsy and come off the track very easy ... We had an LG before and it was very solidly made .... LG has a much better drawer system ... Also if you don't really push on the doors they will not close properly ... The same goes for the drawer freezer below ...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my house new and the refrigerator that came with he house stopped working after 5 years so I purchased this Whirlpool refrigerator. I have had it for almost a month now and love it. It is extremely quiet and innovative.

Watch out for reliability. Compressor no good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an exact model that was only three years old when the compressor failed. I did not realize that whirlpool warranties are for only one year even on compressors ! Wow ! Why did I buy the same model ? Because it is a uniquely narrow refrigerator that fits into a tight space. Wish I had better options.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the look of the fridge. However, I find it smaller inside than my LG. Not being able to move the position of the shelves is not a good feature! Hard to fit tall bottles.

Great product, poor warranty support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this model four months ago. The compressor failed and NO part was available. Whirlpool told me to get a cooler until a compressor was found--no ETA of when. Three weeks later, my retailer finally got Whirlpool to authorize a replacement. When it's working, this is a great fridge but Whirlpool did not provide good warranty support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far enjoying very much. I’m getting use to the reconfiguration of multi section s as well as learning what each area is cooling what. Also need to make some adjustments as it relates to cooling spots. So far I’m very comfortable with unit and it was a perfect fit for the original spot .

30” wide fridge

Adjustable features like shelf configurations needs to be reevaluated for the 30” wide model, as well as internal water filter and lighting need to be recessed as they limit space and ease of access on the top shelf.
