[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this refrigerator but the only thing that I was upset about is it only had a the water on the door not any ice. I looked at all other brands and none of them had the dispenser on the door. This was the only brand that I found with only the water dispenser. I don’t know why but I think it is because of the size of the refrigerator. I do like it and I don’t have to squat to look for something to eat and it’s easy to find things in it!

missing open door alarm

I find the left door on my French door refrigerator doesn't always close tight and there is No Alarm to alert that it is open. Very frustrating to find the door not tightly closed after an hour.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adequate. Interior leaves little room for wine bottles or milk containers. I bought on line. I did not have chance to get to store. I had a smaller older one door refrigerator. It actually had more usable space. But ice maker broken.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs design redo but hoping for longevity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: filtered water in the door, French door bottom freezer with icemaker that fits in a 30 inch space. Cons: The temperature controls are designed for kindergarten mentality- really 1 to 5 snowflakes? GE gives me adult numbers. I tested the interior with a temperature probe and had to raise the refrigerator to 4 snowflakes to get to the temperature range Whirlpool recommends. That's troubling. Three snowflakes should hit that range and I have no option to adjust between 3 snowflakes and 4 snowflakes so the temp is cooler than I would choose. I guess consumers are just considered flakes. There are virtually no possible adjustments for the interior shelves. The partially sliding shelf does not seem stable and doesn't really help to place tall items because you lose so much space behind the tall items and on the sliding shelf itself. I just ended up removing that whole shelf. Whirlpool states not to place perishables like milk in the door bins-- well then provide a place for milk on the interior shelves. The similar LG has a much better interior design, but LG condenser longevity is in question mine died at year 6, that's why I am giving whirlpool a try. If you pass the longevity test I could increase by a star.
