[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about 2 weeks the fridge is working fine, of course. A few minor nits... It is a bit noisy, compared to previous fridge. Shelves seem kind of awkward, especially on the doors. Still getting used to not being able to slide things out to the counter without closing a door on the counter side.

We thought we weren't going to be able to find the style we wanted that would fit in that space. Thank you Whirlpool! The bottom freezer style fits perfectly, and we love everything about it!

No Quality control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator and it ran for about 36 hours before the cooling stopped. Compressor was humming along, but after leaving it over nite, we had to throw away any food we had put in it. After waiting the weekend for service, we had a visit from a very pleasant and knowledgeable technician. He hadn’t even touched it when he said it was most likely a lack of quality control. He opened the back and pointed out wires that were meant to be clipped together and pointed out the clip on the floor of the fridge. He put the wires together, put the clip where it belonged and waited until he was sure it was starting to cool before he left. Great service, when he finally got here - which is no thanks to Whirlpool. In all fairness, it does seem to be working, but after paying a hefty price for what we believed was a quality product, it does leave a less than stellar impression.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor shelf design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the unit except there is no room for tall items. Sliding in the movable shelf doesn't give enough room for needed items. when I move the lower shelf up to the next shelf level , I only have a very narrow shelf that is pretty useless,
