Looks nice! Lacks space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge because my wife was adamant about getting a French door refrigerator, problem was we had a tight space to work with between the cabinetry. Overall I'd say it is a nice looking fridge and works well. The interior space is more limited than expected with poor spacing for taller products. Also the vents run down the middle/back of refrigerator so trying to keep them unobstructed further limits space. The biggest downside is everything in our crisper drawers keeps freezing regardless of when temperature we set the fridge at; we are having someone come Monday to try and address this issue. Overall I'd say this is a good product with some downfalls which seems to be the case with all appliances produced these days.

I’m not very happy with my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very disappointed in the quality and quality control of this Whirlpool Refrigerator. It looks good on the outside, but it is below standards on the inside. The drawers do not align with the shelving and are not flush so that they may seal and be adjusted for humidity etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

ok, but not as well designed as our old Kenmore

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The inside design of this fridge is pretty good. The door pockets are nice and deep. The location of the light is kind of odd. If you load the upper shelf it blocks the light which isn't real bright to begin with. The water dispenser in the door starts with lukewarm water and then turns cold. After you fill the glass and walk away the spigot drips leaving a puddle in the housing for the water dispenser. There is probably a reason the top level of the freezer shelf catches on the bottom as you open the door but I don't know what that is. Just a nuisance to me. The shelves in the fridge are nice and the center one that is divided and part slips under the shelf to accomodate taller bottles is a nice feature. The doors close pretty hard and the edge of the right hand door has to slip under the left hand door to close fully. Not at all a fan of this. Not sure why it is necessary to the design. The new filters just take up space internally and will, in the long run, cost us more money. Good for the company but not for the consumer.

Freezer is frosted and dripping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was delivered one month ago and worked well for the first few weeks. Then the freezer began getting frosty and dripping from the top of the freezer. The repair guy is coming on monday and once resolved, i may be able to give a higher rating.

French Door Refrigerator
