[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new refrigerator. I wish it was bigger but this fit pefectly in my space. The only issue is the water is not cold enough. It comes out warm and has a wierd taste.

Disappointed with quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perhaps I am too nostalgic in comparing this 2022 version to the Whirlpool side by side bought in 1992 which lasted 30 years. Cheap plastic drawers and just a gut feeling this one is not going to last 3 years. Nothing personal, this is the case with most appliances & items produced nowadays. Also too small capacity inside & freezer but that was my mistake.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very happy with purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I had problems getting down low in my old fridge with the freezer on top and I would constantly hit my head. I love having freezer on bottom. I love.have ice maker and water feature in the fridge only complaint is that the ice bucket in freezer takes up too much room it should be smaller and also it’s louder than I would like. I do like French doors although I wish I had more room in the doors for storage but I know I have a small model. I like that there is a shelf that can tuck under to make room for tall items such as juice and milk.

Freezer doesn't seal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Whirlpool because my previous refrigerator was a Whirlpool and it lasted 25 plus years. The new one is ok. First, the freezer's seal doesn't seal. My freezer freezes then melts. The controls on the front panel make no sense. Hold for 3 seconds to lock and hold for 3 seconds to unlock. Well it doesn't unlock-you have do it about 4 times in a row for it to unlock. The water that comes out is warm (I do live in Florida and water is warm from tap). I thought it would be cold. Not thrilled with that.
