[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never realized how much i detested bending over for everything in the fridge until I got my Whirlpool. Seeing everything straight ahead is such an unexpected bonus. No complaints about this fridge and it looks awesome!

Not working as it should

We are having them come out for a fourth time because water line keeps freezing over. First time, they did nothing but put it at the lowest setting and it finally started to work for a bit, then froze again. They came two more times and replace a sensor, that worked until we left for the weekend, and it froze over again, with lowest setting for freezer and middle setting for refrigerator. Coming back again! Not getting the same people each time! We should, that way they could know what was done before. They even told us that our address was wrong...? how did they arrive at our house 3 different times before? In addition, the drawers are not well made. I am sorry I got this thing!

Did not work
